Culvert Permit Information

Citizens must apply for a permit if a new driveway is being installed or adding to an existing driveway. Permit fees are calculated by the footage amount of culverts being placed in the driveway at $10.00 per foot. The culvert application is provided to you to complete and turn into the Permit Department at City Hall. Payments will be accepted in the form of cash or check only. You must purchase concrete culverts unless the Street Department has approved you for poly pipe. Rules regarding culverts are located on the culvert permit application.
